Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Sen. Lindsey Graham is continuing his effort to help Attorney General William Barr prepare cases against the deep state co-conspirators who tried to depose POTUS Donald Trump via “Spygate.”
On Sunday, the South Carolina Republican announced he was working to declassify a bombshell document that he said proves beyond any doubt that fired FBI Director James Comey and his Obama/Hillary sycophants within the bureau and Justice Department knew full well the infamous “Steele Dossier” used to justify Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court warrants to spy on Trump Team members was bogus.
Meaning, of course, that by intentionally misrepresenting the dossier as real intelligence, they filed a fraudulent FISA application with the court — a huge no-no.

If this is true, then don’t all the cases downstream, that were discovered due to an legal investigation get thrown out?
Graham said Comey was not truthful when he testified to Congress. Why has Comey not been referred for perjury charges?

At the core of this, Obama and Clinton had dirt on Comey that was used to force him to betray his oath and the FBI. Too bad tapes of those conversations with the Obama/Clinton acolytes are not available. Suspect that Comey did record some of those conversations and he just might use them to avoid actual prison. If he faces jail time, he’ll realize his reputation is already ruined and it will be better to cooperate rather than go to prison.
Graham is a very powerful committee chairman who should give the classification authority no more than one week to make any necessary "sources and methods" redactions. If not done in that time he should, in the interest of informing the American people, go ahead and release the document in its entirety.
Comey should be on suicide watch. Can someone do a welfare check on him?

If he cooperates, he should get a REDUCED sentence. For his crimes, he needs to do years in prison.
The IG report should contain the info. Hang in there.
Tip of the iceberg. I don’t know if the gop can get this investigation done in time. They should have been working on it all along.
I don’t trust Horowitz but I don’t think he can’t totally whitewash his report on FISA abuse (although he probably will try to). Too much is known at this point, more information is dripping out, and Barr has who knows how many investigations going on. There is some pressure on Horowitz to do his job in that it is becoming increasingly difficult for him to bury facts, gloss over details, and soften his report, which as a DOJ bureaucrat he is obviously inclined to want to do.
A few plotters will have to take the fall for this mess. When that process starts to happen some will quickly see the reality of the potential consequences of their treachery. Some who are in deep will try to sing their way out of doing serious time. Just my humble opinion.

I am not a lawyer but I feel everything discovered, charged, and prosecuted as a result of this unlawful appointment of Mueller will be thrown out. This includes the Manafort prosecution. In his case this may warrant a new trial.
