Just check out all the Harry Reid’s land deals, he even sold land that he no longer owned for $1.1 mil. There is a long list of shady deals, he was listed as the most corrupt politician. Just type in Harry Reid land deals for a search

Dirty Harry had deals with china through his son. The Bundy standoff was over taking land and rights granted by congress away form Bundy so harry could have a solar farm.
CONgress passed laws allowing inside trading to transfer, launder, billions of dollars to CONgressmen.

That might be one way. The other was that he got BLM land turned over for development and then his Mormon buddy who developed that land kicked back a per cent of each lot sold-to Harry Reed.
Las Vegas is about to become a city without water. Way over populated.
