North Korean leader Kim Jong Un has called for a "full combat posture" as state media yesterday released photos showing missiles being fired during a long-range strike drill conducted by Pyongyang.
The photos came a day after it tested two short-range missiles. Analysts said the regime may have developed a new missile that is easier to hide, harder to strike down and capable of hitting all of South Korea.

So Kim's meetings with SK and the summits with Trump were what then?
I don't think Kim is going to hold multiple summits with his counterpart in SK and then meet with Orange Man Bad twice and then all of a sudden go back into Exorcist mode, spewing green bile everywhere.
No, I think he's got to put on the last display of fireworks because his people are so brainwashed it'll make our transgendered people look like the descendants of the Founders.
There was also that raid pulled on the Nork embassy in Spain while Kim was in Vietnam meeting with Trump.
That raid has DS written all over it.

I had a good laugh seeing another “Never Trumper” comment hit the stage for merely reporting news. This is what happens when you comingle American idol with presidential elections. While most of us voted for Trump for his strength, message and successes others have obviously voted for him as they would when women would faint at the site of Elvis.
When you see the infantile, prepubescent school yard term “never Trumper” within every crack and crevice you’ve got a serious problem.
It is a minor irritant (kind of like mosquitoes maybe), but it is going away and is happening less and less and will be a thing of the past I predict. Mods have been alerted, too.
OK, I am going back to the topic of this thread, and it will be the materials I come across in Korean or Japanese breaking herein Asia in main news outlets regarding the situation on the peninsula. Thanks, sir.

In their editorial 主張】北のミサイル 軍事挑発に決然と対処, they stated that the launches were serious enough to escalate to the need to have a UN Security Council meeting on it, seeing as the multiple launches on those two days were clear violations of UN Sanctions which the US, Japan, South Korea has been trying to keep in place. That to downplay or not call a meeting, means the sanctions are meaningless. This paper was very strong against Obama/Clinton handling of NK issue in the past: URL to story (in Japanese):

Link to the short video of ANN News in Tokyo (in Japanese) today discussing the South Korean government response to it. Their statement these military provocations are increasing tensions and have no place. They also called for tight cooperation between Japan-USA-S. Korea.
He had his chance , he made his choice .
I think the only thing to do now is grease the little fat fluck and see what happens when he is no longer there to intimidate his people .

We have not heard the last of him. My guess? Another provocation within the next 10 days, and it will be even longer in distance, probably further and further into the Sea of Japan. Then, of course, will be the day they resume launching over Japan into the Pacific. He has no intention of denuclearizing (never had), and as this reality is made clear on our side, he will cease getting goodies. He cannot ask for much now, as it is...then the real tantrums start. He learned this skill from Dad.

I know we do not want to tip our hand and reveal just how accurate and comprehensive our anti-ballistic missile capabilities are . But this would be a great time . Just zap them . Say nothing , acknowledge nothing ( like Israel does) Let the enemy figure out how hopeless it is to try and intimidate us .
I wish the US once and for all would lift Article 9 from the Japanese and allow for them to once again have an offensive military. We have been the strongest of allies now for over 70 years. It’s long overdue
