HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado, May 9, 2019 (LifeSiteNews) – One of the teenagers accused of perpetrating Tuesday’s shooting at a public charter school outside Denver is a gender-confused girl while the other has a history of anti-Trump and anti-Christian social media postings, according to news reports that continue to surface about the developing story.
The shooting took place at STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, & Math) School Highlands Ranch and left one student dead and eight injured, NPR reports. "This is something that no one wants to have happen in their community," Douglas County Sheriff Tony Spurlock said. "Two individuals walked into the STEM school, got deep inside the school and engaged students in two separate locations."
The school teaches students from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade, but all the victims were 15 or older. The shooters were stopped by 18-year-old Brendan Bialy, a U.S. Marine Corps recruit, and 18-year-old Kendrick Castillo, who gave his life to tackle one of the shooters.
The suspects have been identified as 16-year-old Maya McKinney and 18-year-old Devon Erickson, two STEM students who were reportedly friends. McKinney was “in the midst of transitioning from female to male,” Denver7 reports, and her attorney requested in court Wednesday that she be referred to with male pronouns and the first name “Alec.” Heavy identifies a tweet in which McKinney alleges that her mother “hates the new alec” [sic].
Heavy also reports that Erickson is a registered Democrat who wrote on Facebook that he “hates” Christians for their stance on homosexuality, and shared content critical of President Donald Trump and supportive of former President Barack Obama.

Look. Clearly these kids were very, very warped and troubled. Anyone resorting to mass violence is sick, evil, and wrong.
The connections to their gender gysphoria (I don’t know if both had it or not) are tenuous, though. Like other disabilities, say, autism. It’s not a direct line and I resent FReepers drawing such a line. When Adam Lanza killed all those little children, some of you pointed to his autism diagnosis.
These social and psychological differences might take the person to a place where they feel they are outside society and don’t belong to its rules. These differences might even place them into bully victim status. The wrong line of thinking, plus a lack of morality, could well lead to violence. The hopeless and immoral will sometimes turn to hurting their fellow man.
But it is not the gender dysphoria that turns people violent, any more than autism does. Nearly all of those with these diagnoses are completely non violent and at worst will harm themselves over anyone else.
Unbelievable. It shoots up a bunch of innocent people and one lies dead, and its lawyer insists on this?

If all lefties turned their guns over to Trumpers, the country would be WAY safer.
Which explains the CBS Alleged News opener this morning (my wife simply MUST listen to it), “ We won’t be talking much about the attackers today; instead, we’ll be talking about the heroic response...”
Indeed, the young man who stopped them was a hero, but NO mention of where he got his training, and they were THRILLED they had an excuse not to talk about the screwed-up products of their Radical Left-wing BS.
Hell will freeze over before fake journalists of the MSM will cover the truth of this story.

Violence has been planted in the minds and hearts of our children. Their soul food has been an endless torrent of carnage and degeneracy from the writers and directors of Hollywood. These evil people love money and hate the Law of G-d. They want to obliterate Him, and what better place to start than in the minds of the young. If you want to save your children you must hold them close, teach them every day about their loving Heavenly Father and show them how to walk out His Torah.
