The amendment would allow Congress and states to put forth limits on campaign contributions, according to a statement from Schiff's office. Would it also exclude campaign contributions by unions or politically oriented non-profits? Don't think so.

Any Elected Official or Candidate for Public Office that knowingly accepts any contribution of any kind from any source other than a Human Being that can Legally cast a vote for them in a Public Election shall be guilty of a Felony punishable by not less than 20 years in prison and a $100 Million dollar Fine.
