That’s it. A small restaurant can ban anyone who - let’s say - is wearing a red hat. No big deal. That person can just go eat somewhere else.
But can the local water company just decide to shut off water to anyone who is wearing a red hat? No! That local water company is a utility, and must operate under fair utility rules.
Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube are now essentially information utilities. And just like the water company, they must be held to a higher standard. They can’t be arbitrary and capricious like that small restaurant.
Free Republic?
Time for Twatter to be shut down permanently as due to being the corrupt anti-freedom of speech hucksters they are.
Gab should take over nicely and allow EVERYONE their free speech rights. Even speech we would find offensive. I’m actually surprised it hasn’t happened already. Then squash the banks who are biased against law abiding Americans like gun owners.
Good program
FR is a platform for conservatives. We don’t want opinion from the public at large here.
Hey, does that song, Hey Jude, have a deeper meaning?

David Horowitz @horowitz39 26m26 minutes agoI protested my suspension this morning, and have received an email from Twitter saying it was a "mistake" and unsuspending me. In the meantime I've lost my Twitter feed with 62k followers.
Thus proving everything Horowitz has been warning about.
Of course. Many of these are test cases and warning shots.
In the lead up to the election, there won’t be “reinstatements”.
Elephant painted on window.
Yellow star and Jude painted on window.
Stretching the /s.
Yes he is. My understanding is that he can be reinstated as soon as he issues an apology for the offending tweet.
What’s that I hear? Oh. The silent sound of James Woods NOT apologizing. Love him.
And yes, censorship is amping up because s""t is getting real.
