An Arkansas National Guard helicopter unit was working with Border Patrol in my area to catch drug smugglers. They made a drug bust that hit the media just a few days before she asked them to leave.
When she was elected ranchers in this area ask to meet with her about border issues, one of her staff called them “asinine goof balls” and she never said she didn’t agree with that and there was no retraction.
