Biden is just there to clear the decks of the other 19 losers so he can be imploded by Gropin’ Joe videos that get elevated to the public consciousness on cue so Hillary can step in next summer at the convention without exposing herself to a campaign which she is not physically capable of enduring for 18 months.
She can endure July to November of next year probably, max.
