This is the first I heard about this incident.
For what? The engine was inspected the day before the flight. The pilots responded exactly as they were trained to do and landed the plane safely.
Why? Because her feelings were hurt? Go into combat already.

Nope: cabin pressure PUSHED the woman partially out until it equalized enough to allow the others to pull her back in.

Seems to me that only the deceased woman’s family would have standing.
