On Fridays broadcast of CNNs AC360, House Judiciary Committee member Steve Cohen (D-TN) stated that if Attorney General William Barr doesnt comply with the committees subpoenas, the committee has no other alternative but to use the sergeant at arms to bring Barr to the House.
Cohen said, I hope it would be inherent contempt. Because in inherent contempt, wed go out, take him, and bring him in, and have him personally brought to the House.
Host Anderson Cooper asked, You actually want to send out the sergeant at arms and force the attorney general to come?
Cohen answered, Yes. Because otherwise, its up to the Justice Department. The Justice Department is not going to do anything to take a contempt citation from us, and enforce it against their boss. So, youve got

Likely the Marshal Service, but Sht st Arms has zero authority outside the Capitol and grounds.

Barr is not a witness. He is the head of a Federal Agency under the Executive Branch.

Cohen kind of reminds me of Boss Hogg from the Dukes of Hazzard when I see him with his bucket of chicken. At any rate, he looks like a fool.

I've not been to KFC myself for quite a spell, but I don't see a problem with their buckets spelling out "Kentucky Fried Chicken." The company does still retain the trademark on the latter string, regardless of the official corporate name. Also, see the following article about the company's name changes over the years:
KFC/Kentucky Fried Chicken
Since Kentucky Fried Chicken changed its name to KFC in 1991, where did that bucket come from? Is it a prop like the fool Cohen stuffing his ugly face?
To: conservative98
Seeing that pic I can’t help but think about racism accusations that would fly if it was a conservative pigging out on KFC on the house floor.

Well, he's been called to Nadler's judiciary committee under the auspices of congressional oversight inquiries on the Mueller report. Nadler just changed the rules of the game after the cards were dealt by wanting the democRAT members' staffs to question him, instead of the congressmen themselves. That's why Barr balked.
Call it what you want. Congress still has the authority to question him under the proper circumstances.

I agree the House has that authority. I believe the house will say...okay...we want you and the Congress folks will question you.
Of course, the staff (which are all attorneys) will furnish the questions. The House has to save face on this one.

The Obama Administration had been using operatives posing as security contractors to illegally search NSA data bases for information on political opponents on a very extensive basis
This has been going on since well before the 2012 election
At the same we see really weird and Unexplainable behavior on part of government officials, Democrat and Republican, that lead people looking in from the outside to conclude that they were being blackmailed

I would hope that the FBI or Secret Service agents would not break the arms of the Sergeant at Arms when convincing him that it was not a bright idea to try.

Hmmm, that's interesting! Where the heck did the Congressdoofus get that old-style KFC bucket? Maybe the Congressdoofus had his staff print out a fake label and slap it over a recently manufactured paper bucket?O_o
