Who enforces Congress’ decrees, fines, etc.? Does Congress have its own police force? Would a Federal judge have some power? Would that power overrule DOJ? Doesn’t Barr’s DOJ have SWAT at its disposal? It could get interesting.

The Trump administration’s efforts to stonewall several congressional probes of the president, his family and his businesses are pushing congressional Democrats to explore options to enforce subpoenas. Is this supposed to be a neutral statement, or is Sarah Lynch as biased as they come?
