I just glanced at the face before the video even started. I’ve seen him before and that guy is completely wrong. The CO2 rise is indeed manmade and as the article points out, it is a good thing. Not just what the article says but what other posters have pointed out: without manmade CO2 the earth was in CO2 starvation with a threat to most life during the next glaciation.
CO2 is not a “coolant”.

Thank you for the interesting informative post.
Jobs everywhere, California drought over, NASA putting out a few rational statements, and the planet turning lush again... THANK YOU PRESIDENT TRUMP...

Every year, about half of the 10 billion tons of carbon emitted into the atmosphere from human activities remains temporarily stored, in about equal parts, in the oceans and plants. While our study did not address the connection between greening and carbon storage in plants, other studies have reported an increasing carbon sink on land since the 1980s, which is entirely consistent with the idea of a greening Earth, said co-author Shilong Piao of the College of Urban and Environmental Sciences at Peking University. - https://www.nasa.gov/feature/goddard/2016/carbon-dioxide-fertilization-greening-earth
The site is out-of-date with "real world" data only to 2012. Then pointing out that there are fewer stations reaching 90 degreeas is no controversial. The 1930's were warmer in the US. Otherwise before the quote above, the discussion is an irrelevant mishmash.
But what they are referring to in the quote above is the thermoshpere. Nobody disputes cooling of the stratosphere and higher layers from increases in greenhouse gases. That's never been controversial. But that doesn't make CO2 a coolant execpt above the troposphere.
What the article is missing, besides a coherent and relevant argument, is the fact that models do not support catastrophic warming with increased CO2. Solar-modulated water vapor is the main climate driver.
Actually, we are in complete agreement. I just like to use the argument about the troposphere as just another chink in the armor of the AGW folks. I also agree with everything else you said.
From my perspective, the whole AGW thing is about convincing people that we need “them” to control everyone’s CO2 output. And once we give them that power, we give them power over every aspect of our lives because virtually all human activity produces CO2.

Yes, I call it tyranny of the model. The models are crap and actually getting worse (even more biased). But the power mongers will use the models to price and control everthing. The solution is directly from the song I.G.Y. which says in part “A just machine to make big decisions. Programmed by fellows with compassion and vision” Fagan was being sarcastic but some people seem to have missed the sarcasm.
