Big cities in the eastern third of the USA once produced goods and services that the rest of the country needed making them self sustaining economically. Then the globalist(Republicans mostly) took away( off shored ) their rice bowl and we are left with basically non productive economic deserts. This is the core issue - economics. Those factories also generated a huge secondary economy. That is gone also along with the work ethic.
I refuse to play blame the victim. The Democrats are only the secondary infection and symptom not a cause.
This the is f'd up world that globalist, GOPe corpratists wanted, well you got it.
