Of course, because everyone knows that criminals will most likely vote for Democrats. What does that say about them?
Sure does look like a vengeful, hate-filled commie.
Translation: More democrats are in jail than out.
how about an ad showing the Boston bombing with an ad of Bernie saying “yes the murderer deserves the right to vote” awesome.
Owning guns is a right not a privilege, people in prison should carry guns.
Next he’ll say they can vote 10 times an hour
I wonder if he would feel the same way if the inmates voted overwhelmingly conservative?
Do prisoners also get the rights of Second Amendment?...while in prison?
I heard someone mention that many prison populations are larger than the cities the prisons are in. So if jailbirds get to vote, those cities will be ruled by criminals.
Well, it must be galling to a prisoner that the dead vote but they cant.
As others have observed;
Why can’t the kilt by Killerz-in-Gaol peeps vote?
That a party dedicated to crime and criminality knows where to solicit new voters by the prison bus load.
I think we should do a test run on this, first giving the right to vote from prison only to attackers and murderers of politicians.
Well, as a matter of fact, I was stunned when I was informed that felons couldn’t vote. Or have access to guns. What about the old rubric that once you have served your time, your debt to society is paid?
The thing about Bernie is that he’s consistent, albeit in a rigid and doctrinaire way. Whatever he’s thought or said, he keeps saying it, and never seems to learn anything different. This is often interpreted as showing he has character, that he’s principled and consistent.
An alternate interpretation is that he’s a bit nuts and never learns from experience where his deep-seated beliefs are concerned. I remember him being asked about socialisim in Venezuela, and saying something like, “It’s an interesting question, and we can discuss it later.” In other words, socialism didn’t fail, although there may have been implementation problems, which of course he could improve on. Further, Venezuela is heroically battling against outside US interference and economic oppression.
Does that ‘right to vote’ include people in jail for plotting to kill him?
Wish someone would ask him that.
AND....all ballots were in English.
