Pelosi: Trump obstructing justice 'on a daily basis' amid standoff over Barr testimony

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi told reporters Monday night that President Trump "has demonstrated on a daily basis his obstruction of justice" amid a conflict between the White House and Congress over the terms of scheduled testimony by Attorney General William Barr before the House Judiciary Committee.
Barr is scheduled to testify before the Senate and House Judiciary panels this week on Special Counsel Robert Mueller's report. However, the Justice Department informed the House committee on Sunday that Barr would not attend the scheduled Thursday hearing if committee lawyers seek to question him.
When asked if she had a message for Barr Monday evening, Pelosi said: “Respect the constitution. Honor your oath of office. Honor the request of Congress. For the American people.”

Maybe we should agree with her logic on Obstruction of Justice. If Pelosi really Believes Trump is "Obstructing Justice" by not peacefully going along with their inquisition, then We should ALL Demand that All these Lawyers and DA's be immediately ARRESTED and CHARGED with "Obstruction of Justice" for their actions regarding Immigration and Federal Authority in This Case:

Justice is not a function delegated to the legislative branch, Nan.
There must be a crime (in the end) and in process of being investigated or prosecuted, for obstruction of justice charges to have standing. Ignoring non-compliant with the law ranting and raving to score political points is obstruction of a political conspiracy .

Trump WANTS to stir up impeachment proceedings. He wants to take it to the SCOTUS and have the process reverted to “Crimes Only”, not a fishing expedition.
I am sure that Trump has many Constitutional scholars on his side who want to remove the the political “reversal of an election” or “Scarlet Letter” aspect of Impeachment and put it back to its correct place. I do not think he would not have thrown it out there unless it was credible.
