Not being arrested for breaking the law would be political.

Image result for Judge Shelley M Richmond Joseph

She should receive the maximum penalty.

Guilty and receives MAXIMUM SENTENCE, that’s my hope. If our judges are lawless, we have no justice.

Are sanctuary cities even legal at the state level?

Good. Make an example of her by nailing her to the wall.

“...’This prosecution is absolutely political, Shelley Joseph is absolutely innocent.’...”

She deliberately violated the established laws of the United States of America. How can that be considered political prosecution?

Her lawyer calls the indictment “political”, while the Civil Liberties Union is blaming Donald Trump. You can’t make this s**t up!

Crap. I wanted video. HD video. Something I could turn into a loop...

Low down, despicable, ideological, criminal, pile of crap Leftist judge. I hope they fine the crap out of her, disbar her, humiliate her, and throw her in jail.

Forget the “crying” bit. The fact is the Feds are prosecuting a state judge for violating federal immigration law. This is great news.

The state, predictably enough, says it is a “political prosecution.”

The judges criminal behavior is especially egregious — turning off the courtroom recorder and letting the defendant go by using her badge to open a door.

I hope the mayor of Oakland is next. I thought something was going to happen to her as well, but so far, nothing.

The prosecution of this woman is absolutely legal and necessary if we are to live by the rule of law.

If ONLY we would start to treat illegal immigration as a crime again, instead of as a sacrament.

The penalty for activist judges who use their office to break the law should be so severe and so horrible as make these robed thugs think twice about stepping out of line. And by “horrible”, I mean Medieval.
