Forget the “crying” bit. The fact is the Feds are prosecuting a state judge for violating federal immigration law. This is great news.

The state, predictably enough, says it is a “political prosecution.”

The judges criminal behavior is especially egregious — turning off the courtroom recorder and letting the defendant go by using her badge to open a door.

They should protest by refusing to accept any more federal funds.

Aren't you afraid this will have a chilling effect on any other judge who is wont to deliberately, notoriously and arbitrarily violating federal law?
