Woodward is about three years too late asking this question. Had he done his job in 2015 and 2016, Obama and Hillary would be in jail by now, and we wouldn’t have had a Mueller investigation.
But he didn’t do his job, and now he’s back to pretending to be an impartial investigative reporter.
