I give Barr six months, if by October, he has not convened a Grand Jury to indict the conspirators in the attempted Coup, or reopened the investigation into Hillary's security breaches, then Bar will have proved himself to be just another Swamp Rat.

Barr was sending a message with the way he conducted the release. The message was loud and clear and said “There’s a new Sheriff in town and he won’t be cowed”.
