Yeah, it’s obvious that, contrary to Roberts assertion, these judges are political wonks first (if not only) rather than fairly determining based on law.
I’m not opposed to bussing illegals to NYC, NJ, or Bernie’s Vermont, far removed from the Southern border!
All three of those states openly welcome the illegal aliens and all three are solid Demonic-Rat blue states with extremely high state income taxes.
Let their taxpayers exit, save for the true believing Socialist-tards who apparently love Bernie and Vermont.
The county I live in, the sheriff stood up with other county sheriffs against new gun laws the legislature was attempting to pass...and the county commissioners voted to stand behind our sheriff and declared us a 2nd Amendment Sanctuary county. So will be interesting to see how all that works out since the socialists have been so happy with their sanctuary areas for illegals.

The ninth circus court will support whatever their warped governor decrees. If Pres. Trump starts ending illegals to sanctuary state California, Newsom will surely declare that illegal and an Obama appointed federal judge will back him and the ninth circus will agree and who knows what Roberts’ SOCTUS will decide.
This is something President should not have announced. Just do it.
How could he be dealt a blow when the default expectation is for the 9th Circuit to rule against him?

It’s hilarious. People in California foam at the mouth about the Confederacy but when they decide they don’t like federal laws they just scream “we ain’t gonna do whatchoo tell us, gringo!” and run to the 9th circuit for another corrupt decision.

This was a case that came before the court a few weeks ago. The ones from our side will be seated in a few weeks. It is just a matter of time...
During the Obama administration Arizona tried to enforce our immigration laws (because Obama wouldn’t). The Supreme Court ruled that the Federal Government is in charge of immigration, not lower levels of government. But of course Democrats are used to having different rules apply.
I would contribute to bus illegals to sanctuary cities.
