It was a bad day for Democrats and the establishment news media Thursday with the release of special counsel Robert Mueller’s report concluding there was no collusion between the 2016 Trump campaign and Russia.
It’s because they’ve been pushing that narrative for more than two years as they’ve tried to obstruct virtually every move by President Trump.
Left-leaning Fox News host Geraldo Rivera scolded the political left in a tweet.
“Democrats & media tortured @realDonaldTrump, haunting his presidency, stalking him relentlessly, obsessing over every tidbit except those that tended to exonerate him,” he wrote. “This was a hoax. Stories that implied collusion were fake news. Whole fiasco was a witch hunt based on b——-.”

Complete garbage. How many republicans have you heard come out and defend POTUS Trump? It seems to me we are all putting our eggs in one basket, that Barr is going to investigate the investigators. If that does not happen, it’s my opinion that they will impeach and remove Trump. At the very least they will have long investigations and impeachment hearings paralyzing the Trump admin. I submit that Barr will continue to talk a good game, but will never take any substantive action. Barr is and has always been part of the deep state. Just the fact that he released dirty details and accusations with no charges filed, against fbi/doj policies, tells me all I need to know.

Mueller left enough doubt in the unofficial volume 2 of the report to allow Democrats continue their obstruction until the 2020 election...which they plan to steal while everyone is watching the never ending Lame Street Media coverage.

“I remember, a month or two before the 2016 election, that I did something I don’t normally do: I actually went to the main page of the CNN website, and I was shocked. The page contained links to 6 of their main ‘news’ articles, all of them relentlessly negative toward Trump, and a couple of them virulently so.
That’s when I first realized that something had gone very, very wrong. There wasn’t even a pretense of objectivity. So I was reminded of this yesterday when the Mueller report was released and there on CNN was this huge desk on the set (must’ve cost them a fortune) and behind it, there was a human centipede, 8 or 9 commentators, all relentlessly bashing Trump, eating and regurgitating each other’s crap talking points.
Again I was amazed, just like 2016, that any pretense of objectivity was gone. but now I guess that’s just naivete on my part. The journalism standards have changed from ‘you can run anything that you can corroborate with verified sources’ to ‘you can run anything that bashes Trump.’ And then they get offended when Trump calls them the enemy of the people.
I know because I hear them complaining about it when they’re handing out journalism awards to each other. Which I suppose they have to do, to shield themselves from the truth that most normal Americans hold them in the same regard as infomercials or used-car salesman. The guy who comes on Me-TV in the afternoon and promises you big money from suing some company if you’ve contracted mesothelioma is more reputable. Saul Goodman > Brian Stelter. Goodman actually works for a living. Stelter is just a pasty lump of dough.”
The LEFT (and everyone) should just look at the big picture on what the true objectives of the Trump campaign were. They wanted to win and push #MAGA in their visions individually and collectively. Russia was never any serious factor whatsoever in the big picture. The LEFT has been on a fishing trip trying to find some way to win back power at all costs where truth/honesty took secondary priority to POWER/DESTROY as they ranted endlessly for 2+ years with strong belief that Trump is a Putin puppet.
One of the biggest factors on whether or not Trump would be elected President was Hillary Clinton. Just ask any Defensive Lineman going up against the New England Patriots what their objective is (i.e. sack Tom Brady without getting any penalties) and you will get an idea of where the Trump team was vulnerable.
Anyone with a credible “I have dirt on Hillary” claim in 2016 would’ve been welcome information for analysts in the Trump team. So of course we see that the Obama administration and any of the sympathizes to the Democrats or Clintons there would be aiming to find some way to entrap the Trump team if possible.
What Trump really needs to do going forward, if not already done, is to setup some ground rules that any/all decisions he makes verbally or in writing have to be reviewed by some ad-hoc internal committee. He’s quite vulnerable to having a Watergate scandal of his own. What got Nixon busted is because some individuals obeyed some late night orders, not well thought out by Nixon, that were clearly illegal and as a result crimes, including cover up of crimes, were actually committed.
Now the LEFT is very vulnerable to having the same sort of RussiaGate blow up in their own faces. Why was there any RussiaGate in the first place? The allegation that non US citizens were trying to influence our elections. What about Sanctuary cities? What about the usage of databases, like the California DMV, to try to get people registered to vote while purposely concealing immigration info? What about Dreamers? What about even permanent residents? If they do anything for any non-citizens in conjunction with any campaigns then they are vulnerable.
