Jeff Sessions is by far the biggest mistake of Trump’s Presidency.
I am still puzzled by his ridiculous and unfounded recusal.
A real AG and bulldog for the President (like RFK, Janet Reno or Eric Holder) would not have let this BS survive 15 minutes and would have saved the President 2 years of trouble.
Barr has been one the most pleasant surprises in the Trump presidency. Eloquent, and has backbone. Coming from the Bush admin, I had doubts.

I put up with the “Trust Sessions until about late 2017, then it became clear he was either in on it, or just plain incompetent. Either was bad for Trump. I think, if we won the Alabama Senate seat, Trump would have canned Sessions then.
Honestly, his best pick for AG, would have been Chris Christie. A Overweight Junkyard Dog from Jersey would have been a better AG then the polite southern pussy cat from Alabama.
And Catherine Herridge was the only adult reporter in the room.
Ya people here in Alabama say he is an embarrassment. He should have stayed a senator here and coasted into retirement.
He was real ‘no nonsense’. I loved it.
