Name one GOP candidate not name Donald J. Trump who successfully ran for office while being undermined and campaigned against by the elected leaders his own party. You can’t.
Doug Jones is only a senator because the beltway GOP prefers progressive Democrats to their own base voters. It’s that simple.
First you insist that "the people of Alabama" decide who their senator is ... not "Mitch McConnell and his progressive corporatist allies on K Street."
But then you complain that Moore lost because the "beltway GOP" undermined him.
