A judge ruled that trump must cease returning asylum seekers to Mexico while waiting for a trial. They could then be held for only 20 days and then released.
On appeal, the ninth circuit struck down the judge’s ruling. Those awaiting asylum hearings must now wait in mexico.
The entire ruckuss over shipping those released to sanctuaries now seems to be moot. The asylum seekers must now wait in Mexico. None need be shipped to sanctuaries.
I have never heard of a judge ordering a POTUS to not deploy troops.
