There is no doubt.
Goofgle changes search terms and results.

try searching for:
blacks killing cops
and
bruce jenner

goofgle changes it to:
cops killing blacks
and
katelyn jenner

They are getting ready for the election. They know they can influence peoples’ minds. They don’t plan to lose this time.

Mind control!

Barr had better prosecute for Lying under Oath - jail time. Also, the SEC needs to get involved and sanction Google putting them under a very tight consent decree against further such fraudulent behavior.

Other companies tagged by the SEC for illegal behavior have undergone decades of special audits, special reporting, executive sign-offs and liability. Such should happen at Google.

It’s very serious, but there has been real LEADERSHIP, there:

Clapper went up Capitol Hill, under the kleig lights and to everyone’s TOTAL understanding, lied his as$ off, point-blank.

With ZERO consequences.

Pichar needs to be punished severly. ANY company doing likewise needs also punishment. But seriously:

When there is prominent leadership in a direction, can we be surprised when others FOLLOW..?

The fish is rotting from the head down.

What will American society be like when truck drivers and ditch diggers behave the same way..? Of course there will be utter pandemonium.

Either regulate big Tech like utilities - that specifically means no exercise of editorial control to include shadow bans, delisting, demonetizing, etc etc over anything but CLEARLY ILLEGAL speech such as child porn, terrorism, making terroristic threats etc.....and just to prevent any weaseling which we all know would otherwise occur, terrorism’s definition must include expression of intent to commit direct physical harm.

OR

Break them up under antitrust laws.

Spare me any ideology about private companies or free markets. These are monopolies. They are particularly harmful monopolies because of their ability to effectively control what amounts to media or the “town square”. Allowing a few companies to control this - as they do - is not just bad for consumers, it is harmful to democracy.

The impact of Google's conservative blacklisting can hardly be overstated because of how bad this looks for a
company that has vociferously denied rigging its products against conservatives. Google is already reeling —
and panicking, magnified by the disturbing quality of its first response to the leak.....

I like it.

Nothing will happen to Google or little, such as an insignificant monetary penalty.

Then business as usual.

I do not use google for searching. I use StartPage.com and I love it, in spite of the fact that there is a minor connection to google, SP is still very private.

In trying to do a bank transaction recently, I was forced by the bank to use chrome. I was furious and I let the bank know it. If that continues, I’ll go back to the Mattress Bank.

I HATE GOOGLE...I HAVE ALWAYS HATED GOOGLE...I LOOK FORWARD TO ITS DISMANTLEING.

Google and social media heavyweights are, quite obviously, public utilities at this point. They have way too much influence over the content people are exposed to.

They’re getting into VERY DANGEROUS territory for a public company. Their main product, by far, is their search engine. And if people think it’s biased in any way, they better watch out...because people won’t trust them on ANYTHING. Look up a hotel to stay at in Geneva, for example, why would anyone trust their recommendations - perhaps the millennial who controls that search received a bit of dough from certain hotels, or just doesn’t like other hotels because they’re run by people who fund Republicans.

And if their stock drops because of this crap, that’s when the lawsuits start.

This will be fun to watch!

When faced with the likes of Google, I can easily become a Teddy Roosevelt Republican, who I think would break Google up into pieces and regulate many parts of it, just like a “public utility”.

Google and its SillyCon Valley buds have been interfering with Americans on both sides for a long time. They were in bed with PRISM which spied er, eh used surveillance* on us for a long time.

*Surveillance not spying as per Jim Comey former FBI top thug.

Everybody here worried about the Socialists taking over the government is looking at the wrong target, IMHO.

It is becoming glaringly apparent to me that in the not too distant future, major commerce in the world will be controlled by three entities:

  1. Entertainment will be largely controlled by Disney
  2. Shopping will be largely controlled by Amazon
  3. All news, online and otherwise, will be largely controlled by Google

And we know the political leanings of the heads of these private-sector organizations.

At least all restaurants won't be "Taco Bell"... we hope!
