The White House considered going after political opponents by pushing U.S. immigration authorities to release detained immigrants into "sanctuary cities," three sources familiar with the idea confirmed Friday.
They told The Associated Press that President Donald Trump considered the proposal amid his ongoing battling Democrats over border wall funding.
The Washington Post said House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's district in San Francisco was among the targets.

I have been saying this for a long time. Let the people who want them take care of them. The compassionate folks in San Fran and elsewhere should be delighted to cradle them in their loving arms and protect them from the deplorables in flyover country.

I just suspect very few of these invaders would want to enter our country criminally if they were going someplace as cold and lacking in jobs they are qualified for and in the generous welfare they hope to live off of as, for example, Kodiak Island.]
