President Trump announced Sunday afternoon that Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen "will be leaving her position" after 16 months in the job.
Trump also announced that U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Commissioner Kevin McAleenan will replace Nielsen as acting secretary, tweeting: "I have confidence that Kevin will do a great job!"

Nielsen's departure is the latest staffing shakeup in the department, which was founded to combat terrorism after the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks.
On Friday, Trump confirmed he had withdrawn the nomination of acting Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Director Ron Vitiello to become the permanent head of the agency, telling reporters that "Ron’s a good man, but we’re going in a tougher direction, we want to go in a tougher direction."

She was good, but things have changed, and I think both of them realized that she was not going to be able to carry out a more aggressive policy. She supported Trump and has never said anything bad, but even Trump didn’t realize that he was going to have to be more aggressive to carry out a common sense policy (which has consistently been blocked by the Dems and the courts).
He’s going to have to be defiant now.
And you all don’t do yourselves any favor by saying gross things about her, and actually come across as anti-Trump trolls.

Accusing people of Antisemitism without merit is a low class thing to do. Just because Jared Kushner is Jewish doesn’t mean criticism of him is inherently Antisemitic.
The fact of the matter is Jared has the president’s ear and has steered him wrong on NUMEROUS occasions, including suggesting he fire Comey which everyone else was telling him not to because it was going to lead to a special counsel.
No matter what President Trump is wont to do to stop this invasion, Congress and the courts will squelch it. If Trump attempts to “defy” them, they will impeach him. The open borders uni-party, in union with the Chamber of Commerce globalists, own and run this country. The presidency has been reduced to a figure head position.

I've worked with men like Trump and when the heat is on you have to be able to handle the ‘wind’ when it blows including blowing back without sounding like you're screeching wild woman. It just goes with the territory.
She then blew it with her lip service. Trump can’t get no satisfaction.
