Seems to me that non-signatory states should take the compacting states to court.

I would think a SCOTUS vhallenge could not fail ss long as the EC remains in the Constitution. The states elect the POTUS: that is accepted by these advocates. Well if the state runs an election for presidential electirs and candidste X wins but the electors for losing candidate Y are chosen to vote then the majority of state voters have had their vote erased. Thus a state has ignored the voters in favor of voters in other states. This flies in the face of one man one vote as the votes of many are ignored. I cannot see less than a 7-2 with only RBG and Sotomayer dissenting.
