As the long-running Mueller Witch Hunt pulled into the station empty, the one thing that held together the disparate factions of the Democratic Party -- the thought that Mueller would hand them grounds for impeachment -- was lost and a “Gadarene stampede” (in Conrad Black’s fine phrase, descriptive of a pack of crazed swine heading for the abyss) has followed...
To be sure the Congressional Democrats are floating a series of moves with more public relations impact than likely success.
The planned subpoena of an unredacted Mueller report is unlikely to yield results...

The hate campaign against the president has flourished without any factual basis and will probably continue with the only the die hard mentally ill. This is going to make the Democrats even more desperate to enlist any means of voter fraud they can contrive, including illegals, felons and ballot harvesting/stuffing.

There were a few people in my workplace who gleefully reminded me (and other Trump supporters) in the office during this time that we were soon to get our comeuppance.
Today, they are devastated and very, very quiet at the office.
This is kind of similar to how some of us were during the late 1990s when it was thought that Ken Starr was closing in on Bill Clinton. While that did not result in Clinton being removed, he was impeached, forced to confess to perjury and lost his license to practice law.
The Trump-haters do not have ANYTHING to hang their hats on with this special counsel investigation - Trump was found to be clean as a whistle.
Problem is DemoRats are dragging many into the abyss. Chavez in Venezuela dragged many into the abyss but early on it didn’t feel like it.
Following the smooth talking charlatons leads to dire results.
Pray that they fall into the abyss, never to return.
Now they are complaining that Mueller is a Republican and not to be believed.

Good piece from Clarice as usual, noteworthy both for reconstructing the role of key players in the operation and for drawing attention to the role of Angela Merkel in helping U.S. intelligence frame Trump.
Oh, it is. There is a LITERAL BOOK OF LIFE that exists in heaven. With names. They can change their course any time they want. UNTIL the moment they die. But I’m pretty sure they are too far into hating to realize they are doomed at this point
