How both of those publicly known and widely ignored, serious security "breaches" have been left to collect dust, boggles the mind.

I'd bet a kidney that both scenarios were arrangements, meant to allow for the open transfer of information/intelligence with a wrapper to claim ignorance if/when it blew up or went public.

Has any agency/agent looked into money/asset transfers to the key persons and those around them? How about security checks on the "hired help"? Were they screened or were the screenings waved?

Consider what we commoners go through to open a bank account, obtain a mortgage, purchase a gun; how were these spies allowed to be in positions to access secret/sensitive information AND political figures?

I propose jail time for Elizabeth Warren for pandering, pretending, plagiarizing, prevaricating and posing. Is 10 years too much?

Banks robbed us for years to recoup losses due to their "gambling" losses (housing collapse) with no retribution but we are going to put bankers in jail if their banks get robbed?

Typical liberal logic.

How about jail time for the people who commit the data breaches?

Banks didn’t propose that. Congress wanted them to lend more money to questionable buyers to prove they weren’t racist. Then the idiot buyers abandoned the houses because they perceived they had lost value.

To: Repeat Offender

The presumption is that the laws of liberals will have no unintended consequences and will never come back to bite the liberals. That includes a presumption that those who enforce the laws will be woke and know who the real criminals are who need to be prosecuted.

On a separate track, we conservatives do need to recognize that there are problems in the corporate world. Many of our corporate leaders have attended propaganda classes K-PHD. They learned what to think. They did not learn how to think.

When confronted with real problems in their corporation they have not been prepared to think through the problem and alternative solutions logically. The result is that they use bureaucracy and committees to avoid the problen and need for a solution as long as possible because they are not equipped to make decisions promptly.

I can relate numerous anecdotes in both my Loss Prevention career and my IT career where the problem was identified and predicted long before it actually occurred. In most cases a low level staffer proposed the solution. But management avoided dealing with the known problem in the prevention phase.

Government is worse than the corporate world, but not by much. Our mis-education system informs them both.

How about sending politicians to prison when illegal aliens murder, rape or otherwise terrorize American citizens? It’s those like Warren herself who belong behind bars.

They didn't propose it BUT they took advantage of the government's guarantee of the loans to make a lot of money.

Then came the QE's and zero interest rates.

Yes, we were robbed by the "too big to fail" bankers.

Oh, yes, And by Obama and company.

How about jail time for people who claim a phony identity to personally materially benefit from affirmative action?

This is just theater to get her name in the news. People keep forgetting that she’s running for president.

I am not sure about jail time but businesses should be held responsibility for any Identity thief that results of them losing a person’s data.

She’s a fraud, pure and simple.
I can’t imagine her in the White House.

So why would she want private business to be held to higher standards than our deep state government?

I could be convinced of that, as long as we include prison time for CEOs and Board members of companies that employ illegal aliens. They will all have stolen SS numbers and other documents, so the company will be complicit in an ongoing identity fraud.
