LDS has added so much junk to the bible tradition that a downfall was inevitable. There may be people in the middle of this mess and confusion who believe on Jesus yet, but they are at a serious disadvantage.

This is sad in a way since LDS used to be a bastion of conservatism. But God’s agenda is more important even than the national agenda. Get the foundation right, then everything that stands on it will get right.

I wonder if we will see counter-reaction and splitting in the LDS. It’s possible.

Mormons are first of all centered on their own religion, whats good for them, what suits their needs, and the money, the money, the money.....

same with many protestant groups....they fold with wimper when push comes to shove....
