I am going to go against the current. Her being hired or fired by Gyrphon Music should be unrelated to her conduct outside of her employment.
Maybe Gyrphon Music is not a subdivision of the Democrat National Committee.
Nah, when you have an employee who is unable to control herself to the point she harasses and threatens an elderly man who is just sitting by himself, then goes on Facebook to try and encourage others to form a mob to harass him, you can’t just sit back and pretend you have a normal employee. Not only is there the risk that she might lose control at the work place, but it also makes the company look bad to the public (and the store received lots of angry calls).

Wrong. Here’s why.
She likely has her Employers name on her FakeBook page. By going public with her idiocy and bigotry, she has also brought shame and disgrace to her bosses. No doubt her doxxing this poor guy got herself doxxed at work. She created a problem at work.
She deserved to get fired.
She ain’t the first to use Social Media and thereby harm her employers. She won’t be the last.
So Navy ... if you served you know how the chain of command would have felt if you had berated a civilian or said disparaging things about your commander, or anyone really except a Marine of course. LOL It reflects on your employer if you publicly do bad stuff!
I see your point.
Of course, my first thought was that anyone who walked into that store and saw her anywhere a customer might look would think “Hey, that’s the crazy guy...er...chick who attacked that guy in Starbucks!”
If it were some non-descript person, they might be able to claim anonymity, but not her!
