First off congress would have to hold the DOJ in contempt. How far did they get when they tried that with Eric Holder?
2nd if congress is asking the DOJ to break the law then charge whoever in congress is responsible for that. Charge them with a crime. Abuse of power. Conspiracy to break the law. Whatever works.
Better yet... Lets have all the dirt on critters like Nadler who have lived a lifetime committing crimes.

But you think they cant find a judge somewhere that would demand Mueller and Barr break the law by giving Nadler everything he wants? Im not so sure
There are Judges out there that make AOC look moderate. They have Judges that will do ANYTHING for them.

Our criminal justice system has been sorely tested over the decades. There’s the law and then there’s justice, can’t have both.

There is precedent. Congress subpoenaed the Starr report I believe.

Barr should reply to any congressional subpeona that the full Mueller report and supporting documentation cannot be released as they are crucial to new and developing investigations.
That would not only check the demonrats but would throw the fear of God into them. Can you imagine the panic.
Of course that should be followed by FBI SWAT raids on cankle’s and Obummer’s homes and offices.

The Dems don’t want the report. It’s all bad news for them. They want an excuse to start their own beltway circus “investigation.”

The test is how low the criminals that infest the House will go with this. I have a feeling all this legal dueling is gonna be for naught anyway. What I'm expecting is that some deepstater in the bowels of the DOJ will fall on their sword to leak the report out in its entirety, and that will be that.

You can believe in the tooth fairy and get better results.
Oh, unless you are a protected race and class then the justice department will take care of you.

This is just a Dem stunt. By law the AG has no responsibility to release any of the report to the public. He can release a 4 page summary and call it a day.
