And the plaintif gets what, a hundred grand maybe? Just got 2 1/2 gallons of concentrate delivered. If it’s that dangerous, how come I could get it through Amazon? Did they say it “may” have contributed to his ailment?

The scientific consensus is that Bayer’s Roundup herbicide is safe

The concept of scientific consensus has been utterly and permanently broken by the Global Warming loonies.

The last 2 cases were homeowners. It is inconceivable that a homeowner, through normal use is contracting cancer and someone who uses the stuff for a living is not.

If coffee is a carcinogen, how do we know it wasn’t the coffee?

Having sold “Round Up” to retail markets and understanding how the product works 99% of the science is junk...

The active ingredient stops the process of photosinthsis and the plant starves to death...

The other crap they put in there to brown the leaves is toxic...

Apparently, the majority of people cannot comprehend the concept of dosage. Everything, including all of the vitamins and minerals and everything else we need to survive, including water are toxic at the right dosage. The world is made of scary chemicals and all of them will kill you if you get too much of them.

Yes, thanks to today’s sophisticated equipment, we can detect minute traces of various pesticides in fruits and vegetables. These are present in harmless quantities along with all of the natural toxins that plants produce for themselves to ward off various enemies.

But the word “chemicals!!” is a trigger word for a sizable percentage of folks.

Leftists are very selective what they believe is “settled science”.

This is another example of the liberals bring the anti-science crowd.

CA juries are vicious. If they think they can stick it o a big corporation they will. All the comments I see online at the news sites are people desiring the destruction of Monsanto.

WSJ always goes too far on this kind of stuff.

“Pro-business” to the point of being anti-human safety and anti-country (re: borders and illegal immigration).
