A federal judge ordered the FBI Thursday to turn over former Director James Comeys memos, including the notes that he took during his infamous one-on-one meetings with President Trump.
Judge James E. Boasberg of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia ruled in favor of CNN, USA Today, Judicial Watch, and other outlets, telling the DOJ that it must hand over the Comey memos to the court for review and possible public release.
The memos include the notes that Comey said he leaked to the media to spark the appointment of a special counsel.

Not MUCH movement. The documents go to the judge; and HE decides whether we get to see them.

Yeah, the case just happens to be presided over by an Obama Judge. Bet there will have to be an appeal next.

Why hasn’t Comey, Brennan and Clapper been arrested yet?

Its time for the FBI to videotape their interviews. No video means that they can write anything they want in post-meeting memos. It just gives them an opportunity to lie. Maybe PDJT can get this changed too.
I believe it is SOP for the FBI to videotape all interviews. That is what set the intel world abuzz that in Hitlary's interview not only was it not videotaped but also a witness in the case acted as her lawyer and was allowed to attend the interview. IMHO, They turned the cameras off for Clinton because it wasn't an interview, more like a planning session. Just like the tarmac meeting with Billy Bob and Lynch.

No one is allowed to video FBI interviews, nor will the FBI admit it does so itself.

a witness in the case acted as her lawyer The "witness," converted to Hillary's lawyer had been her Chief of Staff when she was the SOS. Clinton had two former aides as her attorneys in the interview, including Cheryl Mills, who had sent and received many emails on the home server and Heather Samuelson who had been instrumental is deciding which emails Hillary would turn over.
It was very unusual, certainly different from the treatment of Cohen, Manafort or Roger Stone.
