Totally agree that Occasional Cortex is Bipolar and has LOTS of obvious manic episodes!
The constant blabbering, jabbering, blathering, starting arguments, always trying to have the last word, delusions of grandeur, invincibility, self-importance—CLEARLY, these are symptoms of a bipolar manic mentally ill person.
I have just perfectly described Occasional Cortex. I predict future spectacular crashing and burning.
It is hard to see AO-C as a lover, when, all of her solutions involve the death of 6 billion people.

She can be fired from her job, in a couple of ways: The Dems could primary her out as payback for the Amazon BS, or the district could be eliminated in re-districting (NY is losing more seats).
Anthony’s Weiner’s district suffered that fate.
True. I first heard it when Anthony Robbins said it around 1990 or so. It really began to be a trait of people in their 20s around that time.
AOC types take it to extremes. They actually went into Congress thinking they already know enough about how to get support to pass legislation and delay opponents' bills---the first day there! Elbowed past Pelosi and the rest without a backward glance.
In business---or organized crime---they wouldn't last the week. Actually DC is a combination of both.

The picture I have in my head when I use that description is Pink Panther’s Inspector Clouseau as portrayed by Peter Sellers. It’s funny in a comedic movie. It’s sad when it’s the real-world situation of the people running (or ruining) your country.
