Appearing Wednesday on ABCs Good Morning America, Jussie Smollett attorney Tina Glandian told anchor George Stephanopoulos that the Empire star is mulling a lawsuit against the Chicago Police Department over their handling of his alleged hate hoax case.

I dont see where 30 cops quit.
They might want to google Oscar Wilde and see how suing your accuser can work out.
>Nope ,its all been destroyed by now
Don’t think so. You can’t legally destroy grand jury information.
If the lawsuit is filed in Chicago with a Chicago jury yes, he could!
Whether it would be upheld on appeal is another matter!
A plan perfected by the Obamas
Have a well connected, insider crony sue the government on some bogus issue and then settle for millions on the pretext of avoiding costly and protracted litigation.
Jussie will settle for 50 million bucks of money Chicago does not have as his payoff in this scam.
Smollett is a small fish and piker on the Obama scale - Iran got billions with this scam.
Frankly, Chicago gets what it deserves and the players are so arrogant and entitled that they flaunt their power and corruption for the entire country to see. The only question now is whether anyone actually cares.
This could be a bold and very profitable move by Smollett.
“There’s something rotten in Chicago and I can Smollett from here”.

PLEASE be this stupid. No corrupt DA to protect this scum in civil court.
I hope the stupid bitch does!!!
I should think it very inadvisable for Smollett to rub the noses of the CPD in this one. And live there afterward.
It was in one of the posts I read there this morning.
This police department should go on strike if this case isnt returned to the normal venue and carry on as it should.
What would happen? Maybe the homicide rate would go up?
Maybe it would drop if they went on strike. It doesnt seem like they have any affect on it anyway!!
