Without sworn testimony from Trump himself, I imagine a prosecutor cannot render a decision one way or another.
Yes, almost $30 million dollars to conclude that President Trump, his campaign, nor any Americans (interesting note), committed ‘collusion or whatever with Russia. Now, will the government and taxpayer be on the hook to reimburse everyone? Trump should immediately pardon or commute everyone associated with this.
