I wonder if Chief Justice Roberts would find a law constitutional that required every citizen to buy a firearm?

I bet the Justice is mad that someone wrote a book about him. HA
I don’t understand how a Supreme Court Justice could possibly sign on to anything requiring people to but insurance; especially a rotten plan like Obamacare. How can that possibly be construed as “upholding the Constitution”?

Because Chief Obama Judge Roberts the Traitor is an asshole.
Yeah. Retired, Sweet-Mystery-of-Life associate justice Anthony Kennedy admitted in an interview that he “felt” homo-marriage was the right thing to do.
Congress has recourse to kick federal courts to the curb, but never will.
This would seem to lend credence to the rumor that the dissenting opinion (Kennedy, Scalia, Thomas, Alito dissented, but the written dissenting opinion was NOT signed) was actually written by Roberts himself - his original opinion - and after a sudden reversal, the dissenting justices presented what was going to be the Opinion of the Court written by Roberts as the dissenting opinion.
