House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D.-Calif.) said at a press conference in New York City on Wednesday that President Donald Trump is “in defiance of the Constitution” with his move to declare a national emergency in order to fund construction of a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.
Pelosi indicated that the House will vote on March 26 to try to override Trump’s veto of the resolution that Congress passed last week disapproving of the president’s national emergency declaration. Pelosi conceded that the House probably did not have the votes to override Trump’s veto but that the vote would demonstrate where Congress stands on the issue as it heads into the courts.
“We established March 26th as the date we would vote to override the president’s veto,” Pelosi said.

A judge that follows the Constitution and the law would dismiss any such complaint.
The Constitution empowers the President to protect the border.
The law gives him power to declare an emergency.
So he’s backed by both.
But Pelosi and the Dems will try and get a lefty judge by filing in a court where all if not most of the judges are leftwing, and they get an injunction based on nonsense forcing an appeal, all for the purpose of delay, delay to the 2020 elections.
In the meantime, there are massive numbers rushing for the border, much higher than ever seen before. They are backed by democrat operatives> They are brought for one purpose, to be used as illegal voters. There was a time when I sat on the fence about that conclusion but it’s so obvious now what’s going on.
To be honest, I think she’s more concerned with her cash flow, than the country, or her party.

This from a woman who doesn’t believe in the Constitution and probably can’t tell you what is in it. Only Democrats can get away with saying such stupid things and still be saluted by the media rather than attacked by them.

The only President who could be argued greater than Trump is Washington.
