For several years The Gateway Pundit has reported on the plight of Sgt. Derrick Miller who sits in prison for life in Leavenworth, Kansas.

Today we are pleased to announce that Sgt. Miller will soon be released from prison!

U.S. Army National Guardsman Sgt. Derrick Miller... from Hagerstown, Maryland, was convicted in July of 2011 for the pre-meditated murder of an Afghan man in 2010.

Sgt. Miller shot and killed an Afghan civilian following the civilian attempting to grab Sgt. Miller’s weapon during a period of intense questioning. The Afghan civilian was a suspected insurgent that was walking through Sgt. Miller’s “platoon defensive perimeter observing their defensive positions”....

Just heard that on the news. Glad someone is finally looking at what has been done to our soldiers during the "PC" madness of Bush/Obama.

As I heard another person state: Don't send our boys over to fight an enemy who would rather blow you up, or cut off your head, than look at you.........and then convict those soldiers for defending themselves.

I think we finally have an AG that will get to the bottom of all the criminal activity going on in all of our esteemed government institutions.

The FISA court came from that notorious W. and just the next POTUS has used the FISA court to his advantage and it is so corrupt right now.

The FBI was corrupt to the core under that "America Hating Piece of Work Obama" and a lot of the other appointed leaders in those agencies were corrupt to the core. This is just one case of how demoralizing it is right now and many others to come forward.

All these men who were framed should get all their back pay, allowances, promotions they would have gotten and full retirement pay whether or not they served for 20 years.

The prosecutors who framed them need to go to prison, for the same amount of time as those they framed and get dishonorably discharged.
