this girl can multitask - defrauding the US Govt and defrauding Virginia:

“Shaun Brown was an independent candidate for Virginia’s 2nd Congressional District in the U.S. House. Brown was disqualified before the general election scheduled for November 6, 2018.

A judge removed Brown from the ballot on September 5, 2018, citing dozens of fraudulent signatures on her petitions.[1] The Virginia Supreme Court denied Brown’s appeal.[2]

Party is not identified in the first paragraph, therefore, it must be a Democrat.

Brown ran as independent. She allegedly had fake signatures on the petition to make her a candidate, the signatures placed there by Republican candidate Scott Taylor, which the courts later ruled as untrue (the Taylor connection). But the damage was done, and a Democrat, Elaine Luria was elected.

Now Brown wants to run for the seat of Democrat Bobby Scott, who has been kept in office (some believe) by gerrymandering districts, and ran unopposed last election.

Gotta love VA politics.

“She tried again in 2018 as a third-party candidate. But a judge removed her from the race after finding that Republican campaign staffers forged signatures to place her on the ballot as a spoiler candidate.”

This an absolute like!!

There was no FINDING by a judge at all. There was an ALLEGATION made by this convicted loser regarding Republicans “forging ballots”. Never any evidence to support this and yet in this piece it is reported as fact.

Actually...

“In a ruling with potentially serious ramifications for the re-election campaign of Rep. Scott Taylor, R-2nd, a judge on Wednesday found “out-and-out fraud” in signatures Taylor’s campaign staff gathered to help get an independent spoiler candidate on the ballot.

Richmond Circuit Judge Gregory L. Rupe ruled that independent Shaun Brown should be removed from the 2nd Congressional District ballot. Campaign staffers for Taylor helped gather signatures required to get Brown on the ballot. Investigations by news media and the Democratic Party showed forged signatures, including from voters who had died or no longer lived in the congressional district.”

My quote was taken directly from AP article. Was there any actions taken against the alleged illegal vote gatherers?

In the 2012 WV Dem. Pres. primary, imprisoned convict Keith Judd received more than 40% of the vote vs incumbant Zer0.

The WV Dem primary was a CLOSED primary...RATs only.

You said: “There was no FINDING by a judge at all.”

I pointed out that you are incorrect.
