Evidently the guy has been ID'd as Ousseynou Sy, who is an African immigrant terrorist angered by all the Africans who drowned trying to raft and boat over to Italy from the African coast.
He has a criminal record for drunken driving and sexual molestation of a minor since he came to Italy in 2004.
He took the cellphones from all the kids and the adult monitors--had the monitors bind up the kids with cables--told them all that "no one would survive today!"
Definitely he was ready to incinerate the bus and all aboard if the cops had not stopped him.
