The solution is simple, effective and humane
Tow ALL dinghies and rafts back to Libya. Shoot the captain on site, in front of the “migrants” for high seas piracy, human trafficking and slavery. It will only take a few to shut down the flow.
Word will spread very quickly that migrant smuggling is not a profitable business. How many lives will be saved at sea? No more chaos in Italy.
