Planned Parenthood issues statement on new Kentucky abortion law

Planned Parenthood has issued a statement on Kentucky’s controversial new law that bans abortion after a fetal heartbeat is detected. Senate Bill 9, called the fetal heartbeat bill by supporters and the six-week abortion law by detractors, effectively bans abortions approximately six weeks into pregnancy. Planned Parenthood advocates said may be too early for many women to even know they are pregnant. The ACLU estimates that SB 9 would prohibit 90% of the abortions in Kentucky... After the laws were passed Thursday, the American Civil Liberties Union announced that it would sue the state of Kentucky once Gov. Bevin signed the bill into law.

OK for NY and VT to pass laws that kills babies. Don't see any federal king black robes striking them down.

But red states passing their own abortion laws that's a no-no.

So much for choice, huh? All the political acrimony and cold civil war we have today is thanks to the worst judicial ruling in history, legalizing abortion across all 50 states.

Everything was fine, from a political standpoint prior to 1973. States like NY had abortions. States like WI restricted it. And many states banned it.

That's the way it should be. But see leftists want total control of everything. They're not happy to see other states be conservative or pass their own laws. That's why everything is federalized now. States' rights are an anachronism.

Conception is where you start....chromosomes....not his....not hers...the babies own chromosomes...what makes this tiny beginning a human being entitled to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Loving abortion is 100% in opposition to human nature. These people worship abortion. They promote it. They attempt to feel proud over it.

That is mental illness.

You need to ask?

Anything that results in death, preferably a horrifying death, you can bet is A-OK with PP.

“Where is Planned Parenthood on the question of post-birth abortions?”

You’d think a full-term baby would have more cash value to them than ‘harvesting’ a smaller ‘fetus.’

Ghouls! *SPIT*

said may be too early for many women to even know they are pregnant.

So what should women do? Have abortions on spec?
If they don’t know they’re pregnant, what’s the issue?

Maybe it would be more truthful for them to say, how can we launder tax money back to the dems if we can’t perform baby murder?

” Planned Parenthood advocates said may be too early for many women to even know they are pregnant”

that’s easy - don’t have sex without condom, IUD, the pill etc etc etc plenty of options to avoid possible pregnancy unless you are ok with getting pregnant and having a child.

Abortion is hugely unnecessary in today’s day and age of wide variety and relatively easy access to lots of birth control methods.

In which case they wouldn’t know they “needed” an abortion. I really don’t see where PP is going with that argument.
