President Trump attacked the late Sen. John McCain Saturday over recently revealed evidence that the Arizona lawmaker helped push Russia-collusion rumors in the weeks after Trump’s election.
“Spreading the fake and totally discredited Dossier ‘is unfortunately a very dark stain against John McCain,’” Trump tweeted, quoting former independent counsel Ken Starr.
Trump continued that McCain “had far worse ‘stains’ than this, including thumbs down on repeal and replace [Obamacare] after years of campaigning to repeal and replace!”

I think PDJT wanted maegan or mommy to get upset. It will make more people curious about the twitter fight. Hence, more awareness of what McCain did and this leads to more finding out hrc’s role in it. I believe it is well played. Quoted someone else for cover, but threw it out to spark anger.
That traitorous bastard should be posthumously stripped of rank and should have his remains exhumed from the Naval Academy and thrown to the crabs in the bay.

I did not celebrate his death, but I sure mourned the death of truth and candor and class as his services seemed to combine a papal funeral with too many speeches and comments that were more 1984-style “2-Minutes Hate” than honor of the dead.
John McCain was a bitter and angry man whose so-so naval career with a way beyond difficult POW experience was followed by a second career as a dreadful statesman. He was part of the Keating scandal and attempted to elevate himself with a series of namesake legislative failures. He whiffed as a presidential candidate and made himself a liar to his constituents when he viciously voted down promised repeal of the ACA. THE SON-OF-A-BITCH WAS NO GOOD before it was revealed that he participated in sedition.
The days of the conservative gentleman loser are OVER.

Hindsight, pretty glad Obama won in 2008 and, maybe to a lesser extent, 2012. There are obvious downsides but the right person, in the end,. probably won.

I would call it defending himself. McCain was a traitor to the party and the country.
