Paul Manafort gets 43 more months in prison from DC judge

Judge Amy Berman Jackson on Wednesday sentenced Paul Manafort to 43 more months in prison on two conspiracy charges.

The sentence follows the nearly four-year sentence he received last week from a Virginia judge for concealing millions of dollars of overseas income. The conspiracy charges were heard in Washington, D.C., and deal with charges of committing crimes against the U.S. and obstructing justice, to which he pleaded guilty last year.

The new sentence means Manafort still needs to serve nearly 7 years in prison. Here's how his sentencing breaks down:

Jackson sentenced Manafort to 60 months total for the first count of conspiracy to defraud the U.S., but gave him credit for half of that time as time served, leaving an effective new sentence of 30 months.

Jackson sentenced Manafort to 13 months for the second count of obstruction of justice. That means 43 new months of prison time for Manafort, which will be added to last week's sentence.

Last week, Manafort was sentenced to 47 months, but was given credit for 9 months of time he served since he was held in prison during his trial, leaving him 38 months left.

The two sentences leave Manafort with 81 more months to serve in prison, or almost 7 years, as Jackson said her new sentence this week would have to be served consecutively.

In terms of total time sentenced, Manafort received 47 months last week, and a total of 73 months this week, for a total of 120 months or 10 years. The tax fraud charges and the conspiracy charges all stem from special counsel Robert Mueller's investigation into President Trump's alleged collusion with Russia during the 2016 campaign.

If Trump will pardon him, PM may not spend much time in federal prison.

However, this is precisely why Mueller served up PM and Trumps family as raw meat to the state of New York.

New York is not run by liberty loving, patriotic, God loving Americans. Ironically, it has long been one of the most corrupt states in our Union, and most corrupt jurisdictions in the Western world. It has long been engaged in a brutal war of attrition, against all moral boundaries and those who would adhere to such restraint.

New York is drunk with the blood of horrifically tortured to death little people, and known for its high volume of sex traffic (including children), and global socialist financing.

Truly hope there was some way to stop all of this, but New York is more likely to try and sentence PM to two or three times his life expectancy.

The only possible and plausible way to stop this travesty of justice, is if a true Special Counsel was to rip into the hundreds of true high crimes, “Subornation of Perjury”, and the truly illegal violations of the Constitutional rights of many Americans who have been so awfully abused, by seditious and treasonous actors at the head of the DOJ/FBI, and various agencies under Obama, and left wing politicians, “colluding” to try and carry out a real coup, which DID INVOLVE help from the Kremlin. And there needs to be life convictions and penalties for all involved.

This is the only way to keep liberty and our Constitution alive, and for Flynn and PM types to know true equal justice under the law, and vindication, period.

What has happened here is almost breathtakingly unbelievable.

In large part, PM is literally being convicted for political gain, for “crimes” committed, in a time when he worked with the Clinton’s “Podesta Group”, which itself provided legal and advisement “services” and ran interference for foreign relationships, which were involved with the massive money transfers to the “Clinton Foundation”. PM had been working for the “Podesta Group”, when he was previously officially investigated by Mueller, the same Mueller who ran interference for the Clinton’s with Uranium One, who found no wrong doing by PM, and let PM off.

Years later, Mueller is re-investigating PM, and giving “immunity” to “Podesta Group” witnesses themselves, for testimony against PM (a much smaller fish), for work which the Clintons own “Podesta Group” were in charge of!

This is total corruption, and absolute destruction of our justice system, the only thin shield standing between Liberty and absolute Tyranny!

Unfortunately, today there are some who believe it in the interest for Trump and the DOJ to not act, with the belief it may serve to create sympathy and help reelect Trump. If there are those who actually believe this, they are not looking at this the right way. They need to consider the absolute destruction being caused to our “justice system”, as well as how much more damage would be caused to the socialist and anti-God humanists, if the truth were to come out, and the truly lawless prosecuted. This would be far and away the most decisive battle won, and would vindicate Trump and sustain some vestige of our Constitution.

Unfortunately, what has already happened, if not dramatically reversed, will only serve to insulate and empower those seeking to destroy our Constitution and our liberty as a nation. We are now witnessing the violent overthrow of our Liberty and Freedom, by godless globalists tyrants, who are at war with God and moral boundaries, and who seek our total subjugation and slavery!

U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson, appointed by former President Barack Obama and based in Washington, D.C., made the decision Friday, dismissing the case brought on by Patricia Smith, the mother of State Department information officer Sean Smith, and Charles Woods, the father of CIA operative Tyrone Woods. The parents alleged, when they filed the suit in August, that Clinton’s use of a private email server “exposed confidential information about plaintiffs’ relatives to the terrorists.”

Jackson, DC District Court, has stonewalled the House Oversight Committee’s subpoena for documents related to the U.S. Justice Department’s ill-fated Fast and Furious operation. She is yet another Harvard Law graduate in the ever-growing White House corruption scandal.

Tragically, U.S. border guard Brian Terry was killed in Peck Canyon, Arizona on Dec. 15, 2010 by an AR-15 assault rifle. This weapon was part of a cache of weapons trafficked to Mexican drug cartels under Fast and Furious. Mr. Terry’s family has been stonewalled as well.

On Jun. 26, 2012 by House Resolution No. 706, Attorney General Eric Holder was held in contempt of Congress for failing to turn over subpoenaed documents regarding Fast and Furious. Since then, Judge Jackson has stalled the Committee’s efforts to get the documents through the courts.”

Jackson also contributed $1,000 to Clinton’s 1992 Democratic presidential campaign and while previously working at a law firm, represented former Democratic congressman William J. Jefferson in a corruption trial, the Washington Post reported
