I suspect it’s because Avenatti got her stuck with Trumps attorney’s fees and then ran off with the go fund me money. She should file an ethics complaint against him.
#8. One problem with filing an “ethics complaint” against Avenatti - you have to have “ethics” to be subject to any complaint. He doesn’t.
However she can properly sue him for “ineffective counsel” etc. Go after his bar license and for a monetary recovery of his fees.
Time for her to go “Stormy” on his ass and bring him to his knees, instead of vice-versa.
I think she may sue him for malpractice actually over filing a frivolous lawsuit against Trump which left her on the hook for Trump’s legal fees.
