I think she may sue him for malpractice actually over filing a frivolous lawsuit against Trump which left her on the hook for Trump’s legal fees.
I don’t think it’s limited to that. She claimed earlier that she had not authorized the lawsuit at all. She also claimed she had not authorized the go fund me. When she got stuck with the fees she complained to him that he’d taken her go fund me money for himself when it should have been used to pay Trumps fees. So he opened another go fund me page. Also without her permission.
All of that if true would most likely violate the rules of ethics. CA may well be looking for a reason to punish this guy. I think they have one. All she’s gotta do is complain.
