Washington governor and 2020 candidate Jay Inslee (D.) said on Sunday he thinks he has humility about being a straight white male, saying he recognizes the advantages he's received as a result of that identity.
"Our new CNN/Des Moines Register poll shows only 38 percent of likely Democratic caucus-goers in Iowa say they would be satisfied with a straight white male nominee," CNN anchor Jake Tapper said. "So why are you as a straight white male the right person to lead the Democratic party if there's so much skepticism from Democrats in Iowa?"

Humility: modest or low view of one’s own importance; humbleness.
Why would anybody vote for somebody who had a low view of One’s Own importance. That doesn’t instill a lot of confidence to me. There is an overabundance sense of confidence and that is generally referred to as arrogance and that doesn’t bode well for the voting citizenry who depend on the person to take action their stead with trust and mature confidence.
But humbleness? I’m thinking one should be humble before the Lord, but to demote or degrade your self-worth based on certain physical things that are beyond your control is shameful.
How far have we come? Ugh...people used to be proud of themselves and their accomplishments. Now, it’s who can be the biggest victim or apologize the most.
There’s still room to the left. Who will be the first to express humility for being a carbon-based life form?

Is also my opinion that this kind of stuff has been encouraging violence against white people. The message is that we deserve whatever a grievance group does to us.
My wife is an extremely good public speaker and military historian. We go to events frequently that are attended by both local and national politicians. It is absolutely flabbergasting how so many people with basically no brains and very little speaking abilities manage to get elected to high office, or any office for that matter. We live in Washington also, and Dimlee is a new low for our governor’s office. With the parade of fools we have had in recent years that is an accomplishment.
Humility? Perhaps he realizes that the goal of the left is elimination of straight White males, after taking all their money and redistributing it to anyone who claims to be a victim.
